At our business here in Tarifa, Spain, we use this blender for a variety of preparations. Of course the major use is at the bar where we do prepare all kinds of mix-drinks.
From frozen milkshakes or fruit smoothies. With this machine you do not need anymore to crush the ice before you´ll put it into the container. You can put the ice cubes directly and the 3Hp motor does the rest!
But we use it as well in the kitchen for many other preparations such as our tomato puree, that is a must at breakfast time over here in southern Spain. And then the salmorejo and gazpacho. But as well, our creamy avocado creme is mixed up with the Tempest® High-Performance Commercial Blender.

But, if you are just starting your business and have a limited budget consider lower price options in the Hamilton Beach family like the model “RIO” or even the model “908”.
Both these options operate well and, you can change to the “bigger brother” when your business becomes profitable and you can afford to spend more for these machines.
